What is your warranty policy?

KraftPowercon offers a one year warranty policy. This covers defects in design, materials, and manufacturing. Defects that can be shown to have arisen from a consequence of incorrect use and/or maintenance are not covered.

Where is my serial number located?

The serial number is a combination of the Manufacturing number and the Serial number. To find these two numbers, please look on the left backside of your FlexKraft Rectifier.
